On a tight budget, Wise Agent costs $42 a month billed annually for up to 5 team members. If you want the CRM, IDX website and paid leads in one package, Real Geeks publishes its prices ($399 a month plus setup) and has AI texting. Lofty has the most ambitious AI, but it's quote-only and its recent reviews raise serious contract concerns.

1. Follow Up Boss: best for most agents and teams

Price:

AI: Follow Up Boss lists Smart Messages (AI-suggested replies for emails and texts), suggested tasks, smart summaries and predictive lead prioritization. AI is included at no extra charge, but some features rely on data from the paid Calling add-on on Grow. Both include up to 5 team members sharing one login, with extra logins at $20 a month. Plans are month to month with a 14-day free trial and 24/7 live support (Wise Agent pricing).

AI: the pricing page mentions only "AI follow-up" in its communication tools. If AI features are your priority, Wise Agent is the lightest of the four. If price and simplicity are your priority, it's hard to beat.

3. Real Geeks: best all-in-one with published prices

Price: $399 a month plus a $500 setup fee for the platform: CRM, IDX website and 60+ tools, with 2 users. Optional lead packages cost $299 (social buyer leads), $599 (search buyer leads) or $599 (seller leads) a month. Extra users cost $25 a month each for users 3–10. Terms are 6 or 12 months, with lead guarantees credited if minimums aren't met (Real Geeks pricing).

AI: Geek AI Text ($49 a month, free with any lead package) replies to new leads instantly, qualifies them and routes them to your team. Geek AI Email and Voice are marked "coming soon," and Geek AI Insights adds recommendations inside the CRM.

Red flags in reviews: Lofty's Trustpilot score is 1.3 from 141 reviews, and it hasn't replied to negative ones.
