Independent guides to AI tools for working professionals · No paid rankings · Every source linked

The Professions Cloud Editors

Every guide on The Professions Cloud is published under our editorial byline. That means it went through the same process and meets the same standards, whoever drafted it.

What we cover

AI tools for specific professions: real estate agents, accountants and bookkeepers, lawyers, therapists, financial advisors, recruiters, insurance agents and contractors. For each one we cover the tools worth paying for and the rules that apply to using them.

How a guide gets published

  1. Research. We gather vendor pricing pages, terms, documentation, public user reviews and the relevant rules, preferring primary sources.
  2. Analysis. We work out real costs (per photo, per listing, per month), look for patterns in user complaints, and flag compliance risks.
  3. Fact-check. Every price, feature and legal claim is checked against its source on the date shown as "Prices and facts checked."
  4. Sources listed. Each article ends with a numbered list of every source used.
  5. Revisited. Core guides are re-checked at least every 6 months, and changes are logged in the article's changelog.

We don't claim hands-on testing we haven't done, we don't invent reviewers or quotes, and we never sell rankings. Full details: how we research and our editorial policy.
