Affiliate Disclosure
Short version: some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That money pays for the research behind every guide. It never decides which tool we recommend.
How it works
- Affiliate links on our site usually look like
theprofessions.cloud/go/tool-name/. They redirect to the vendor's website with a tracking code, so the vendor knows we referred you. - Commissions are paid by the software company, not by you. Sometimes we can offer an exclusive discount code, and the page says so when we can.
- Some tools we recommend have no affiliate program. We recommend them anyway when they're the best choice.
What affiliate relationships don't change
- Rankings and verdicts come from our research method, applied the same way to every tool.
- Negatives stay in. We report weaknesses in tools that pay us.
- Vendors don't see reviews in advance and can't request changes, other than correcting factual errors.
Other ways we may make money
- Display advertising in the future, clearly separated from editorial content.
- Our own products, such as a premium prompt pack or templates, always clearly labeled as ours.
We don't accept sponsored reviews or paid rankings.
