Cookies and your choices

  • Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner. Analytics cookies stay off unless you click Accept.
  • Everyone else: analytics are on by default. You can switch them off anytime with Privacy choices in the footer.
  • We use Google Consent Mode, so when analytics consent is denied, Google Analytics doesn't set analytics cookies.
  • Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (tpc_consent).

Affiliate links. When you click a link to a vendor (for example /go/tool-name/), that vendor may set its own cookies to credit us with a referral. Their privacy policy governs that. More on affiliate links.

Consent for analytics cookies and the newsletter. Legitimate interests for security logs and replying to messages.

How long we keep data

Google Analytics: 14 months. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Emails: up to 2 years. Server logs: per Hostinger's retention, typically 30 days or less.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere, under their standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@theprofessions.cloud and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
