What happened: on October 6, 2026, at its Pantheon conference in Orlando, ServiceTitan made its Max AI package, which it calls an "Agentic Operating System", available to every residential in-home contractor, launched an Atlas mobile app, and introduced Homh, a platform that makes contractors bookable by homeowners and their AI assistants, including ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude (ServiceTitan).
Why it matters today: two shifts are happening at once. AI agents are running more of the office (dispatch, booking, invoice review), and homeowners are starting to find contractors through AI assistants instead of search results. Homh is a bet on the second.

What Atlas does
Atlas works from plain-English commands, typed or spoken. ServiceTitan calls it "the ultimate power user of ServiceTitan" (HVACR Business). It can:
- Run reports and find jobs
- Dispatch technicians and answer field techs' questions in the mobile app, reducing calls to dispatch
- Review invoices and support demand-based scheduling and pricing benchmarks
- Adjust marketing spend: throttle ads when schedules are full, trigger campaigns when demand drops
- Handle commercial paperwork: daily logs, RFIs, change orders and receivables

What Homh signals for every contractor

Even if you don't use ServiceTitan, Homh is a sign of where lead generation is going: AI assistants booking appointments directly, based on availability and performance data. To be ready:
- Keep your online data accurate: hours, service area, licensing and pricing ranges.
- Earn honest reviews. Performance signals will matter more, and fake reviews now draw FTC enforcement (our guide).
- Make booking machine-readable: online scheduling that can confirm real slots.
- Answer fast. Whether it's a homeowner or an AI agent calling, missed calls lose jobs (AI receptionists compared).
Questions to ask before buying Max
- What does it cost over your current package, and what's included versus add-on?
- Which agents act on their own, like marketing spend, and which need approval?
- How are AI actions logged and reversed?
- How does Homh rank contractors, and what does it cost per booking, if anything?
- How are AI calls and texts kept compliant with recording and TCPA rules (recording laws)?
FAQ
Is ServiceTitan right for small contractors?
It's built for established, multi-truck operations. Smaller shops usually start with Jobber or Housecall Pro.
Can homeowners really book through ChatGPT?
ServiceTitan says Homh works with ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. Availability depends on how each assistant supports booking.
Is pricing public?
ServiceTitan doesn't publish Max pricing. Ask for a written quote.
